Hyoscine butylbromide is an anticholinergic and antispasmodic medication. It acts by relaxing the smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal, biliary, and urinary tracts, thereby relieving painful cramps and spasms.

Dosage by Body Weight

For adults and children over 12 years: 10 to 20 mg taken 3 to 4 times daily. For children aged 6 to 12 years: 10 mg 3 times daily. Not recommended for children under 6 years unless prescribed by a doctor.
